Big Whiskey’s Franchising continues to grow with multiple new locations and market expansions on the horizon. With the trending growth, Laura Head Elliott was brought on board as the new Director of Marketing for Big Whiskey’s Franchise & Corporate Operations. Laura joins the company to further advance the marketing efforts for existing stores and the developing regional and national franchise markets.
A Big Whiskey’s alumni, Laura previously worked for the organization from 2008-2014 as the Marketing Coordinator. During that time the restaurant brand expanded from one location to four in Southwest Missouri. Paul Sundy, co-founder and senior vice-president of operations, states, “We are thrilled to welcome Laura back to the Big Whiskey’s family! Her knowledge of the brand, experience in our casual dining industry, and her respected relationships in the region are a perfect fit for Big Whiskey’s as we continue our brand expansion.”

Big Whiskey’s American Restaurant & Bar was founded in 2006 in Springfield, Missouri. The brand currently operates five restaurants in Southwest Missouri in addition to two franchise locations; Bentonville, AR and Kansas City, MO. A multi-unit Las Vegas franchise deal was also recently signed. It is scheduled to open in 2018. Big Whiskey’s restaurant franchises are available across the United States.
