August 8th, 2023, Poplar Bluff, Missouri - Big Whiskey's Franchise is thrilled to announce the opening of another location this fall, located in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. The local group, BLV Whiskey’s, LLC, began construction at the new store this month. One of the newest franchisees to the Big Whiskey’s team, BLV Whiskey’s, LLC is a partnership group of three local Poplar Bluff residents. They finalized the deal with the restaurant and bar concept in November of 2022. This location will be Big Whiskey's ninth location in the state, with plans to open more in the next year.
Renovations on the former Scotty’s Brewhouse located at 3115 Oak Grove Road in Poplar Bluff, include a private dining room, updated fixtures and decor, and the addition of a large patio. The restaurant will be roughly 6,000 square feet and will deliver on the traditional Big Whiskey’s experience that people love.
